Barbara
The multifaceted lyric soprano Barbara Grizer is currently performing across a broad spectrum of genres, including Classical, Jazz, Original, and Vocal Standards. She has appeared as a lead soloist in prestigious concerts throughout North America and Europe, including the world premiere of the contemporary opera Lilacs and Lilies at the Vienna Summer Opera Festival, the Mediterranean Opera Festival in Caltagirone, Sicily, and the International Vocal Arts Concerts in Groznjan, Croatia. This past summer, Barbara performed the roles of both Pamina in Mozart's Die Zauberflöte and Micaëla in Bizet's Carmen at the festival in Vienna. In the United States, Barbara has graced celebrated stages and benefit events such as Carnegie Hall with the Manhattan Opera Studio Festival and the Metropolitan Club in New York City, among others
Some of her favorite roles include Pamina in Die Zauberflöte, Musetta in La Bohème, Liu in Turandot, and Laurey in Oklahoma!.
She is also a sought-after performer for private events, galas, and philanthropic functions throughout New York City and beyond.
