Barbara

The multifaceted lyric soprano Barbara Grizer is currently performing across a broad spectrum of genres, including Classical, Jazz, Original, and Vocal Standards. She has appeared as a lead soloist in prestigious concerts throughout North America and Europe, including the world premiere of the contemporary opera Lilacs and Lilies at the Vienna Summer Opera Festival, the Mediterranean Opera Festival in Caltagirone, Sicily, and the International Vocal Arts Concerts in Groznjan, Croatia. In the United States, Barbara has graced celebrated stages and benefit events such as Carnegie Hall with the Manhattan Opera Studio Festival and the Metropolitan Club in New York City, among others.

Some of her favorite roles include Pamina in Die Zauberflöte, Musetta in La Bohème, Liu in Turandot, and Laurey in Oklahoma!. This summer, Barbara will once again take center stage as Mimi in La Bohème for her highly anticipated performances in Vienna, Austria.

Beyond opera, Barbara has an extensive background in Ballroom Dance and Argentine Tango. She has taught and performed at renowned institutions such as the Sandra Cameron Dance Studio and Jeni Breen Tango Academy in NYC, as well as the Hudson Dance Studio in Fort Lee, NJ. She is also an accomplished music producer and recording artist, having produced and released original music and music productions that further demonstrate her diverse talents and commitment to the world of composition.
